You all remember when Justin Bieber was pulled over last month for driving crazy down an LA freeway—he claimed that it was all just a desperate attempt to get away from paparazzi who were aggressively chasing him.
Well, looks like Bieber can breathe a sign of relief—earlier today, 30 year old photographer Paul Raef was slammed with 4 counts of reckless driving, according to TMZ.
If he's brought up on these charged, Raef will face up to a year in county jail, plus $3500 bucks in fines.
This is actually a pretty important case—it's the first under a new paparazzi-inspired law, which makes it illegal to put celebrities in dangerous situations for profit.
