In the world of Gaga we've got some new details on her upcoming album and more updates! This is your weekly "What's Up With Gaga?"! Welcome back to ClevverMusic Little Monsters. Lady Gaga news started off this week with an update on the Madonna cover song situation. One of her producers, Fernando Garibay let it slip that every time Madonna covers Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" on her MDNA Tour, Gaga's team gets paid royalties. Fernando, one of the writer's on the track, is therefore ecstatic that Madonna is covering Gaga- although Madge may be making a jab at Gaga with the cover song.
Next in Gaga news, we learned from US Weekly that Mother Monster may be back together with Vampire Diaries' boyfriend Taylor Kinney. The two reportedly split before Gaga went on her tour because of her crazy schedule. But now, the two are trying to make it work and Taylor was seen at Gaga's concert shows in Thailand and Singapore. An eyewitness shared of the sighting, "They sure looked like they were back together -- holding hands and being cute everywhere they went."
Last in Gaga news this week, we have an exciting update on the new album Gaga is writing right now while on tour. Mother Monster tweeted, "Exciting news little monsters! I've played my new record for my label and will be announcing my new Album Title in September! X," she wrote. Although it's unclear how far along in the recording process she is, in December she told MTV, "I've started writing it and I have the name for it and all the concepts are beginning to flourish and take place."
